Had a wonderful experience/connection with Hanna and Alex at Peoria Nissan. I came in just to look around initially, and Hanna assured me there was no pressure. I'm a teacher so you can imagine how much I'm able to afford on a new car. I was very straightforward on what I could spend and what I wanted. Hanna did not sell me a car, she helped me buy one, there is a huge difference and I appreciate her support and the work she did to make sure my needs were met financially. Her and Alex both were very professional but also extremely personable, I felt like I was talking with friends or family. They went over every detail with me, didn't try to upsale or add any hidden fees, and made me very comfortable. They made sure I was in control without pressuring me into anything, which is rare for a dealership. I've only had the car for a day so I can't review the vehicle itself just yet, but so far so good. The customer service was excellent!

I recently had an issue with my 2022 Pathfinder. The rear latch broke. Jim Donaldson, the Service Advisor, took great care of me. He ordered the part, called when it came in, and booked my appointment. I highly recommend Jim for all your service needs.
